When the sun shines in Boston, you take advantage of it.
I walked out to run some errands over the morning to the warmest rays. It was like summer had decided to arrive a little early! (Absolutely no complaints from me, of course.) When I got home to start getting ready to meet up with two of my sisters, I couldn't help but put together an outfit for the dead of summer. As one of them said when I first walked out of my apartment, I was "ready for vacation!"
In true Boston fashion, the sunshine didn't end up sticking around much longer, but it was still a great day. I still had an amazing time, wearing some new shorts I had just gotten while I was home from Urban Outfitters on sale. We went to Caffe Nero, which I didn't even realize we had in America. It was a staple in my life during my semester abroad, but I hadn't been to the location right within walking distance of my apartment until last weekend.
It's a bit sad that I'm still checking things off of my bucket list even though I already graduated, but with some plans starting to solidify, my Boston days are officially numbered and I'm hoping to do as much as I can before I move out of the city I've come to call my second home.
P.S. One of my favorite people in the world, Hannah over at Wholesomely Hannah, took these photos for me. She is the definition of joy and if you are interested in learning how to take better care of yourself, you should absolutely check out her blog!
